Fleece material: insulated thanks to air

The fleece component features a space-creating texture which helps keep in air; this air acts as a natural insulator, keeping the body warm. The brushed knit helps to lock in the air.

Durability

The anti-piling treatment ensures that the garment retains its insulating power over time. This fleece has the benefit of "ceramic" treatment in order to delay and reduce piling.

Technical stretch fleece material

The insulating power and breathability of fleece coupled with the freedom of movement offered by spandex. What's more, this elasticity ensures the garment retains its cut over time. This limits the movement of air between the body and the garment, preserving the insulating layer of trapped air. This material is therefore recommended for garments designed for intensive sports/outdoor activities.

Product Testing

We carry out 2 types of thermal testing:\n- either a test of the material of our fleeces.\n- or testing on a thermal manikin in a thermal chamber. We reproduce the conditions of temperature, wind (3 mph) and humidity that you would encounter in the mountains walking at 3 mph in our testing chambers.\nThese tests allow us to validate our design choices. So we can adapt our thermal insulation where you most need it.
